You can delete your Anytimer Hub account at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes all your data — including your profile, groups, anytimers, and videos. This cannot be reversed.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
Launch the app on your iOS device.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom of your profile and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete your account manually within 30 days:
Please include the email address associated with your account.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
• Your profile (username, email, avatar)
• All anytimers you gave or received
• All videos you uploaded
• Your group memberships
• Your push notification token
Data is deleted within 30 days as required by GDPR. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
